Meet The Team
GEMMA TOSSELL
Founder of Gemma Tossell Wellness
Personal Trainer & Nutrition Advisor
Gemma is a wife and mum of five (including three humans and 2 fur-babies). She has over 10 years experience working in the Fitness Industry.
Straight from secondary education, she worked in The Big City for a media company.
After deciding to work more locally, she opened up her own toy shop in Faversham. Following the birth of her babies, Gemma gained experience working at a SEN school. Her fitness journey began working as a PA for a local lifestyle coach which led her to become a Fitness Instructor. She completed her level 2 qualification and started running classes prior to taking over a franchise - Fit for a Princess.
After realising how much she loved the industry, Gemma developed her skills further gaining higher qualifications and became a Personal Trainer. She LOVES her job as no one day is never the same.
Over the two last years, Gemma has become more involved in working with people who are living with MS and Parkinsons. This has highlighted how we need to focus on fitness and follow a healthy diet for both us and future generations. .


TRACY LAWRANCE
Nutrition Advisor
Content Creator/Admin
Tracy is a wife, mum of two young ladies and a Cavapoo! She has always been a busy woman. Starting out as a messenger in London, working up to Call Centre Manager at Lloyds TSB Stockbrokers then a Relationship & Project Manager at International Financial Dealing Services in Essex.
She then became a decorator which enabled her to fit work in around her daughters schooling before starting her own business personalising gifts and wedding stationary.
Tracy has always included fitness as part of her life and eating healthy by cooking from scratch. Fed up of yo-yo dieting, she started attending Gemma Tossell Fitness classes in 2018 and then signed up for Personal Training. After completing a clean-up programme in May 2023, Tracy was amazed how much fitness & nutrition could change your body & mind and became more interested in understanding nutrition. She passed her YMCA Level 2 & 3 exams and is now a Qualified Nutrition Advisor. Apart from advising like-minded ladies, she helps Gemma organise retreats and events.

At Gemma Tossell Wellness, we’re fully qualified in fitness and nutrition through YMCA Awards. We're also first aid trained and have completed a certified course in kitchen health and safety, ensuring we can support your wellness journey in a safe and knowledgeable way.
