Our detox programmes are designed to be beneficial to your health as they help to cleanse the body of toxins, promoting overall physical well-being. By eliminating harmful substances, these programmes can enhance your energy levels and improve digestion, giving your body a fresh re-set. Additionally, detoxing often includes mindfulness practices that support mental clarity and emotional balance, helping to rejuvenate your mind. Ultimately, a detox programmes nurtures your soul by fostering a sense of renewal and connection to your well-being, encouraging a healthier lifestyle moving forward.
This does not mean consuming shakes, pureeing food or constantly counting calories! Our fully qualified team will use their knowledge of food science to help you make better food choices eating NORMAL (but nutritional) food!
Together, we will embark on this six-week journey, offering advice and support as needed.

You will discover that these programmes will fit into busy lifestyles-it's all about organisation!
One week prior to beginning, you will receive a detailed plan outlining everything you need to know ensuring a smooth six-week process. This gives you a full week to review, meal plan and prep and ask any questions you have. Our Nutrition Advisors and fellow community will be available daily to discuss/answer any questions you may have to ensure you're fully prepared and ready to go!

Week 3 -
MID-WAY CLEAN UP FEEDBACK
