Service Description
Increase your metabolic rate in a short amount of time. It involves short bursts of high intensity interval training, working at up to 100% of maximal capacity, alternated with lower activity intervals or a complete stop. Metafit uses different work / rest timings protocols generally between 12-35 seconds with workouts lasting 16-25 minutes.
